I really like the fact that there is no use of chemicals. That is important for my family. I also love the spotter that Zerorez offers. I works extremely well. The technicians are always very nice and helpful.

Your employees were great, service was fantastic, prompt and courteous - will definitely use again. I had a rug picked up, cleaned and brought back. The expected turn around time was 2 weeks, it was only 1 day!!!!

The area that was cleaned was in a daycare. The carpet was soiled and had many spills.
I came into the room after it was cleaned and it looked great, the spots and spills were gone and no chemical smell.
