The product cleaned the stains from my carpets except for a small one in the office that is still there that I can see from the doorway. The technician was friendly and energetic and worked really late. I had two pet stains from the previous owner on the stairway and I thought $50 was a little steep for the two stains that I was aware of. I also thought the carpets were really wet after the cleaning but I'm satisfied with the result so far. They look clean except for the spot I mentioned. I've had the fans on for 24 hrs. and the carpets are still not dry. Overall I'm happy with the result. Once they are dry I will be able to walk on them and check them out Ican get the furniture put away. I would recommend your company to family and friends.
