My carpets look fantastic. They are 13 years old and look closer to 5 now. The streaking is completely gone. Thanks for coming back and fixing them. If they looked thins the first, I would have given a 10. We didn't enjoy moving furniture twice, but I very much appreciate that you stand behind your service and came back to make it right!!

I would like to see u expand your territory out farther if the business was out there it would be nice not to have a six room minim if you didn't need that many cleaned but was very satisfied so far time will tell it dirty spots come back that will be the true test

My carpets smell great!

I am really happy with the empowered water that does not have any soaps or strong chemicals and yet works so well, even on our light colored carpets! I am also pleased that our carpets are dry so fast (just a few hours...NOT a couple of days).....and leaves a clean fresh scent in our house.

this is the second time I have had Zerorez come to my house. The system does a great job cleaning. The gentleman was very efficient, friendly, professional, and on time. He made sure that the sofa's were cleaned to his and my satisfaction before he left. He called me half hour prior to his arrival (as requested) so I could leave work to meet him at my house, which was so appreciated. When I called to make the appointment, they were able to schedule me in sooner rather than later. I really don't think I would ever call anyone else to clean my carpets or sofas. There is no perfume or soapy smell after the cleaning, just clean and fresh. Spots are gone, smells, dirt, cat dander are gone. My husband is very sensitive to smells as they trigger his migraines. I have cats and they recoil at perfume smells etc. Absolutely no problem with Zerorez.

The representative who came to clean the carpet was on time and checked out the carpet prior to cleaning. He got right down to work and was done in no time. The carpet is very old but looked so much better the next day.

Mike was the carpet technician who came to my home and he went the extra mile keeping me informed on the carpet cleaning process, options for treatments, etc.. He was friendly and informative and he worked hard to get my carpets looking great. I am so glad I finally called to schedule that appointment!!!
