My only comment this time around is the guy cleaning my carpets put his shoe covers on his van so walked clear across concrete before walking on my wood floors and sat in his van smoking while one treatment sat. I was working outside and the smell of smoke was very strong in my garage

I really liked Doug's professionalism, the way he was so careful to protect my hardwood floors, the corners of my walls, and covered my door while it was open to keep the flies out. He worked very hard to get the stains out the second time. My carpet dried in a normal amount of time the second time. I give him a star for all he did.
