My appointment was scheduled in a timely way. The reminder call was received as the email confirming my appointment said it would be. The person who conducted the cleaning was on time, courteous and careful in his treatment of our furniture, etc. The cost of the cleaning service was reasonable. Prior to beginning the cleaning the technician sat down with me and we discussed what I was expecting he would clean. He then gave me the total of what the service would cost and explained to me the order he would be cleaning things and why he was doing it that way. I also appreciated the timeliness of a phone contact giving me a quotation on cleaning an area rug that I sent back with the technician.
