No soap! And the stains where our kitties vomited always come out. I've used Zerorez for several years and have always been very happy with the results.
The fine service and timely return when my satisfaction did not rate a 10 the first time, but the results of the second trip were very satisfactory. I was pleased with results and found the service men on both occasions to be very professional.
I like that they call you to remind you of the appt, they call you once they are close to your home with a time. The service was done professionally, quickly and free product and knowledge was thrown in too.

Service was good. 48 hours into having carpet cleaned will know in a few more days if the cleaning process was good. Carpet does feel a little stiff.
I love the fact that this is all water based and safe for the family. Every room in the house looked great after the cleaning, and the only reason I am giving a 9 instead of a 10 is because there was still a little bit of food on the carpet around our table that you could see only after it dried. Other than that, we were very happy with the results! I would definitely use your services again in the future.
Timely, courteous, carpet is very clean. They successfully removed a very large spot that existed when I purchased the house. I paid an additional amount for the staircase to the LL family room, unfortunately the edge of the steps don't appear clean compared to the main part of the step. Like the fact it is a nontraditional carpet cleaning process like I used in the past, carpet is very soft and yes, there isn't any residue.
Carpet looks and feels great after the service.
