On the second visit there is a definite improvement in the look of the carpet. The areas I was most concerned about after the first visit are substantially cleaner looking. Mike was concerned they would darken up again when the carpet fully dried but that has not been the case the areas really did not darken up much at all.

Mike was even able to lighten up some of the stains I did not think would come up at all. The carpet is not perfect and I understood it would not be it is fairly old worn by previous owners of the home but the amount of improvement I see now is about what I had hoped for the first time.

I appreciate your willingness to come back and clean the areas again it made a huge difference.

I appreciate your waiting 48 hours before sending the feedback request. That allowed for the carpet to dry and for us to get our furniture back in place. We can really see how good a job the young man did. Before when you sent the feedback request like within 24 hours we hadn't really had time for the carpet to dry and we hadn't even begun to set things back up.

Really a very good job. However, I do not like having to ask to have something re-done. I should not have to point things out - when I ask and point out, amazingly it comes fairly clean!
