Our experience with Zerorez was excellent. Matt took the time to show us what he was going to do and asked to be sure and let him know if he needed to take more time on certain spots we had in certian areas. We are very pleased with the way things turned out.

My service representative for my current home and rental property has been Mark. I do not have enough kind words to say about this gentleman. He is kind, courteous, respectful, happy and passionate. You can see in his attitude and work product that he loves his job. He is committed to walking away from an appointment knowing that his customer is ecstatic about the work he performed. I would not want anyone else to clean my carpet. On a side note, if you haven't given Mark a raise lately, you should.

Friendly service that got the job done quickly. Our service man explained the dryer vent cleaning process, showed me what he saw, and let me know how to prevent problems in the future. He did a great job! Thank you!
