I loved that the guy who cleaned my carpets was honest, friendly and right on time! He told me that the stains may come back in higher traffic areas, which some did. However, Zerorez came back and cleaned them again for free. Awesome service and will be using again in the future!

We've used Zerorez three times now. The first time, we were extremely satisfied. Second time, very disappointed. We mentioned it to the rep at the Iowa State Fair. They were out last week and did an excellent job. I'm guessing Zerorez is only as good as the tech.

I was very pleased with our carpet cleaning last summer but this service call was just to purchase a spot cleaner from you as mine had been used. We have 2 new cats and if they get upset stomachs, they prefer upchucking on carpet so I had used all my cleaner. I contacted your office and they delivered cleaner on Tuesday when they were in Ames. I appreciate it very much. Thank you so much.

I have multiple dogs and every time we get our carpets cleaned they lick the carpet for weeks afterwards. This time the dogs have not licked the carpet at all!

We needed the biological treatment, it did the trick for the most part. The tech is coming back out but 99% of it worked great!
