I liked: (1) The way the phone conversation went when I called for an appointment. (2) The courteous phone call before the service man arrived at my home. (3) The way the service man I believe his name was Eric) looked, clean and dressed nice. (4) The way he went to work and his manner of "we want our clients happy, then we are happy" attitude. I was not totally happy after the carpet dryed and everyone I visited with about it had the same attitude. (5) They did not make me feel bad for requesting a return visit; they wanted me happy.
NOW I am VERY HAPPY, the second time around made my carpet clean and perfect. I called Zerorez to clean my carpet because I was so happy with them when they cleaned my duct work. I have and will continuie to tell people how happy I am with Zerorez.

Doug, the Zerorez employee that came out was very professional and friendly. I can also say that Zerorez was able to remove stains that I didn't think would come out. Yes, it does take a few hours after the process for your carpet to dry, but it is worth it. I highly, highly recommend this product.

Prompt for appointment, took time to explain the process and answer questions, available during the process to answer questions. The appointment was done in an hour so I had plenty of time to do what I needed. The process has no toxic chemicals and IS soap free to alleviate dirt being collected back on the carpet. Very pleased with the results.
