From beginning to end, it was a very positive experience. While making the appointment I was asked a few questions about how many rooms and hallways that needed to be done and we scheduled an appointment window (1.5hrs) that was convenient for me. I was also instructed to vacuum as best as I could prior to arrival. I received a call from Doug the technician a half hour prior to his arrival. When he arrived he quickly scanned the rooms for pet stains and got to work. Doug was personable yet highly professional, he explained the differences between ordinary carpet cleaning and Zerorez's process. Doug really looked like he took pride in his work, he spent extra time on "traffic lanes" and problem areas. he assured the carpet would be dry by the afternoon and he was right on the money. speaking of money, he did not pressure me into any unnecessary extras and the price that was quoted was the price I paid. The end result was a clean, soft carpet with no chemical residue. As a respiratory health care provider, I can appreciate the minimal use of chemicals (pretreatment), the super heated water and powerful suction to remove the dirt (and I'm sure a load of dust mites) from the carpet. I truly believe Zerorez improved the air quality inside our home. thanks a million!

My only complaint is calling over and over to make appointment and waiting an unmanageable amount of time on hold, finally giving up. After three tries on different days, I finally went to website and sent a request that way. Someone called me several hours later.
