How clean and natural the carpets get. They also dry much faster than with other companies. The spot remover is fabulous for touch ups later as needed.

The technician performed the cleaning of our carpet in such a detailed manner that there was not a single spot or shadow of a stain left. He worked hard to get around furniture and moving items that needed moving. Also,the product definintly works - the carpet looks like new. So I give both our technician and the product a 10!
