The staff were very courteous and helpful. They did a good job of explaining what each application was for and guaranteed their work. Unfortunately the previous owner had three dogs in the house and the initial bio application appears to have not killed all the bacteria and a second application is needed. We will give it a few more days and then if the odor is not gone we will have to call and request you come out for a second treatment. No fault of the tech just heavy soil conditions.

The communication from the scheduler and technician (day of the cleaning) was superb! I like that no chemicals are used - important with 4 cats in the house, and carpets and tile look great!

Professionalism. The tech put on and took off those booties a dozen times. He was very careful that things were cleaner when he left than before he arrivied. He asked if he could run the hose in certain places before he just put the hose where he needed it. He is a very polite representative for the company and I have had that from others from Zerorez in the past. -- I haven't yet used the dryer, but I am convinced it will work better because he put the hose back on the dryer better than I have been able to get it on.

From the first telephone contact to the actual cleaning of carpets, the customer service was outstanding. We are so pleased with the care that Rick took to protect the recently cleaned hardwood floors by using tarps. The carpets look brand new!
