Really like the technology used and have been pleased every time. The most recent use was on a rental home and the carpet was pretty questionable. It looks great now that Zerorez has been to the house.

We had just spilled paint on our carpet in several places. Explained that when scheduling our appointment. Got our window of time for the appointment, they showed up on time. Explained the paint mess and they cleaned all of it up! It is great! Thank you!

The steam treatment does a wonderful job with disinfecting measures in place at the same time due to the temp. You can see the difference in the fabric of the carpet on how it appears and feels when completed! Really clean!!!
I feel like my carpets are clean and that's a great feeling. I also appreciated the ease in setting up an appointment and the professionalism of the gentleman who cleaned our carpets.
It did take about 12-16 hours for the carpets to dry and as of now, 32 hours later the steps are still a bit damp in places. That isn't necessarily a complaint but just an FYI for advising customers. We have had the air conditioner running as well.
