Matt and Justin were extremely polite, answered all my questions and because I am very chemically challenged, I asked to smell the citrus before applying. They graciously let me do that. They were quick and very efficient. I like that there is no residue left on the carpets.

Your representative did a very good job. He arrived at the time he said he would and inside the window we were give, which is very important to me. He was professional, dressed appropriately, and pleasant. He did his work, was friendly but did not belabor the process and left, cleaning up .
