Good communication on when they would come. Fast service, completed the job quickly. Came back to reclean some stubborn spots. Seems to have done the trick. Happy with their customer service.

I have had my carpets cleaned 3 times by Zerorez. I will never have anyone else clean the carpets. I really like the fact that they use NO chemicals. The servicemen have been just excellent at my house. Also, they left my carpets not only very clean & sanitary but so so soft. I love it & already know I will be calling them again next year!!!!!

I like the thought of what you advertise, but not enough time has passed to see if it really works. I'm happy with the spot removal. Serviceman was efficient, friendly and did a good job of explaining things and answering questions.
