Technician (Mike) was very professional and knowledgable, highly focused on doing a quality job in timely manner, and open/honest about things that couldn't be completely cleaned such as set in stains (although he worked pretty hard on those areas to do his best). Also he was a nice person and seems to really have a passion for what he is doing. Mike also had a trainee with him (Howard) and they seemed to work well together. Very pleased with their work and would recommend both them and the company to others
