Our carpets have taken a beating with two adults, two dogs, and now a toddler and they look amazing now! There is still some slight discoloration and wear and tear, which we were warned about, but on the whole, the carpets look so much better! Our technician called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and to see if I'd like to have him come by earlier than planned. He was friendly and professional and explained the whole process thoroughly. Thank you!

I had my carpets cleaned professionally once before and I found that while my carpets were wet they were white but once they dried they looked dirty again.
