My only complaint about my experience with Zerorez is that I initially submitted a service inquiry through the website and didn't receive a response. I finally decided to call after a couple of weeks had passed with no contact. I'm glad I called and was able to use Zerorez--and will likely use again--but the follow-up with online inquiries could use some work.

My first time using Zerorez, they did a excellent job cleaning my carpet. I had many dog urine stains, my carpet looks new and the smell is gone. The agent was kind and knowledgeable. Carpet was dry in a few hours. The best part no chemicals.

The guys were on time, were inquisitive and explained treatment of all kinds of stains, were conscientious and finished in a good amount of time. Even though they asked me to check for any remaining stains, due to the damp carpet, I did miss one that still showed. They also advised me on how to treat stains in between cleanings. Very happy with the service.

The use or should the fact that your company uses no chemicals to clean the carpet. Staff used much care in protecting corners and our wood floors.

I like they way your product cleans and how you don't leave a bunch of water in the carpet, the people you send to my house are clean and pay attrition to what there doing, I also look at the equipment to see if its clean and it always is, if I need to move anything they'll do it for me, all the little things add up to a good Company.
