The young man who cleaned the carpet was very personable and knew his business. I had "puppy" stains on the carpet and it didn't seem to throw him when he saw what needed to be removed.

My technician Ryan was hands down the best representative from a carpet cleaning company that I have ever met! Having dogs my entire life, I've used A LOT of them over the years and he went above and beyond to make sure my carpets were cleaned perfectly! With dogs come "accidents" and in order to be able to successfully treat the areas, he actually got down on the floor and smelled the carpet so he knew where to effectively clean it!!!! Never, EVER have I had someone do that before!!!!
As long as I have carpets, this will be the company I chose!! No question about it!!!

Carpets are very clean. The technician was pleasant and did a great job. The service was completed only one day after I called. Why not a 10? Only because I wasn't sure if the service was going to be performed as scheduled. The window was from 3-5 pm, and the technician didn't arrive until almost 5. A call from the company would have been helpful, but overall, the service was great.

I was skeptical that "water" could clean my carpets but I'd heard an endorsement from Jeremy on Mix 100 radio station. I scheduled an appointment and got one quickly for the following week. James arrived as scheduled and was very polite and helpful. Our family room was particularly dirty because of dog traffic. I took a photo of one part that had been cleaned and the other that was still dirty. Amazing! I couldn't believe how clean the carpet was. What really impressed me was how quickly the carpet dried overnight. It was cold and rainy outside so we didn't open the windows. Usually our carpet is quite wet with other traditional methods we have used. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that Zerorez states that they will move no more than 7 pieces of furniture. The furniture James did move was put on styrofoam blocks which worked out very well. We had a permanent ink stain in my office where I'd dropped an ink cartridge. Since it was permanent ink there was no guarantee the stain would come clean. The carpet cleaning lightened the stain substantially. Overall I was extremely pleased with how well the carpet came clean and I would use Zerorez again.
