i didn't have to do it. Meril was the first tech to pretreat the carpet using a rotary brush. it brought up a lot of cat hair. He also was the first since Sean to spray and treat the edges which were getting darker. I go around the edges with a damp rag to pull up the dust and cat hair that accumulate prior to the cleaning. tnx

Very professional service man called ahead and showed up on time. He answered all our questions in a helpful manner, went about the cleaning of the carpets. I don't know exactly what the cleaning products are but the results are that the carpets and stairs look very good.

We would love for this industry to be more transparent in its pricing. We all know to expect service to be $200 - $300 or more, why string us along with the $119 special nonsense?
