I’ve used your service 6 or 7 times now and will continue to use your service. I recommended you to my neighbor and she used your service. Most of the stains will come out of the carpet.
The Tech (sorry, can't remember his name) was kind, efficient and high-quality. He didn't cut corners and let me do 2 rooms and a hallway instead of three rooms like the deal said. Sometimes, this is annoying with Stanley Steamer so appreciate the flexibility.

I like that the carpets are not soaked in the process of being cleaned. Our technician Matthew did a great job of explaining extra services and we came up with the best plan to clean our carpet. It was easy to set up an appointment and get any questions answered before the service began. We would definitely ask for Matthew again.
