Zerorez recently did a great job cleaning our carpet, and we had them do a good clean and seal on our shower tile and grout. Too soon to report the longevity of the seal, but tile and grout came out nicely. :)

The tech that came to our home was timely, efficient, had a pleasant personality, and did a fantastic job !! We have a Yorkie puppy that was unfortunately sick for a couple of weeks, so we had several spots of "OOPS" on our carpet. He took his time to make sure that these stains were completely removed, and put on a protective layer to keep it from staining again. I would highly recommend Zerorez. We are return customers and have always had good results !!

Cecil has cleaned the carpets in my house in the past and did so again this month after I specifically asked for him. He is careful, thorough and does a very good job. Cecil said he has been with Zerorez for eight years, plenty long enough to establish a reputation as a trusted employee. The product was great. The carpet looks brand new. But, I want to talk about Marcias the technician. He was the most enjoyable human to work with. He's very knowledgeable at his profession and such a gentleman. Instead of having to reschedule my appointment he was able to work around it. I really enjoyed talking to him. I would recommend Zerorez to everybody who needs their carpet cleaned.
