Alex did a great job yesterday 5/21. Answered questions I had about stains, and helped me figure out what had caused a stain that I had just discovered. Alex was friendly and professional. I always use Zerores for the safety of my pets and the quick drying. My carpets were cleaned between 9-10am and dry by 6pm.

I first heard about Zerorez about 10 years ago while listening to Robbyn Hart of KBCO - iHeart radio. I learned that Zerorez cleans carpets uses a proprietary, electrolyzed, high-alkaline water. They do not use soaps, detergents, or harsh chemicals. This technique breaks down dirt and oils, cleans like a detergent, and leaves behind zero soapy residue.I was so impressed that it has resounded in my mind since. So, recently when my disabled sister needed her carpet cleaned I contracted with Zerorez and was satisfied to learn that Robbyn Hart's advice was absolutely reliable and honest. Until now I had always cleaned my own carpet and absolutely had to have Zerorez clean my carpets which included an area rug and carpeted stairs. I had an incredible experience provided by Cecil the Carpet Cleaning Representative, who was a tremendous example of Zerorez. He recommended the exact cleaning technique and tools necessary to clean my low pile loop carpet. I was also fascinated by how Cecil's neat, orderly and efficient performance exemplified his professionalism.
