Our technician, Jay, not only showed professionalism, but ENTHUSIAM about his job. This young man clearly cared about his work and about our satisfaction. He spoke highly about the company. He took measures to protect our house with corner protectors and floor pads -- he reminded me that it could be slick as I stepped from wet carpet to the hardwood floor, and he was conscientious with closing the door, informing us of what he was doing along the way, and he took the time to ask if I had any questions before, during and after the job was completed. I know my home was not the biggest or most lucrative job he would see that day, but he treated it as if it was the only job that mattered that day.
In the end, I got what I wanted -- clean, stain-free carpets and by someone who made a the process a positive one. This may have been the most positive step in moving. That is saying a lot!
The technician, Richard, was very thorough and kept is informed throughout the process. He looked over the area before getting started and let us know of any potential areas of concern. Our carpet looks like new! We are very satisfied with the Xerorez service.

The gentleman ( Yassine) who cleaned our carpets was very pleasant and helpful. The method he used left the carpets partially dry so we could put the furniture and throw rugs back the next morning. The caroets are significantly cleaner. Overall a good job
