Our technician was not only on time but he was early. He presented himself in a very professional manner and "upgraded" a couple of services at a low cost to us. Our carpets are older, but they look almost new. We are very pleased with Zerorez!

No soap and great results

It really works! I had one room that was really bad with pet odor and stains from our old dog.
I planned on replacing the carpet once he passes away but I don't think I will have to now.
The guys were great, they were courteous and did a very thorough job in a timely manner.

Second trip out due to pet stain issues. Friendly, courteous and prompt service. I highly suggest selecting the call back feature on their IVR system since there are a lot of dropped calls with the system but overall, great service.

Although you weren't able to get out all of the carpet stains, you were very thorough and made several attempts. Carpets were not saturated and dried fairly fast which was nice too. Technicians were friendly and answered questions. Price is a little high so probably wouldn't do this every 6 mos. though. Would like to see a whole home offer. Thank you!
