Chemical free! Overall very happy with service! Though, upon drying it seemed there was one very defined square that perhaps got missed. Much darker than rest of the clean room. Going out of town this week, so no time to remedy.

Pro's: love the concept, cleaning crew always very friendly, hard working and eager to answer questions. First time getting pet treatment. Unfortunately it didn't get rid of the urine smell completely but they're going to come back.

Con's: Can be quite expensive but believe it's worth it. Long hold times and a lot of dropped calls recently on IVR (automated phone) system.

Lou and Joey did a fabulous job cleaning my carpet! They explained the process used to clean the carpet and how the Maxim Fiber Protectant used is better in preserving the carpet and how much longer it will last versus other carpet protectors. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again.
