Service has always been great. This last representative was the best yet. He was very prompt, positive, thorough and did an outstanding job.
The work was done beautifully and Gabriel was so great to work with. He was very professional, worked with our budget, and took the time to explain the different processes he was using, and how well they would work on our aging carpet. The carpet and upholstery turned out great, but the biggest surprise was how great the tile in the bathroom looked. I would love to work with Gabriel again and will definitely call Zerorez in the future.

Great technician -- did a very thorough job and offered other areas of rug cleaning services which was helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about the product and carpet types. AND my carpets look much better than they did before my last cleaning which was a least 5 years ago. There was no icky smell afterwards either.
