We had Josh come out and clean our carpets and he was great! He explained the different ways to deal with some pet stains we had and offered advice on how to treat the different types. All of the stains and odors came out and the carpets look fantastic. Josh was very friendly and professional and worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely have Zerorez out again AND we will request Josh! You guys are amazing!

Our service technician was on time and very nice. He did a thorough job and explained the process to us in a professional and personable manner. He was done in a reasonable amount of time and discussed our carpet condition and recommendations with us.

Your service technician, Josh, was very professional, efficient, friendly, answered our questions and educated us on the Zerorez cleaning process. Josh's hard work and your cleaning process left our carpets cleaner than they ever have been. Josh is a very talented and dedicated young man who is a credit to your business. We hope you give him a raise and treat him very well in order to retain him with your company. It has not been my experience in dealing with carpet cleaners to run across a quality employee such as Josh. Thank you.
