Carpets are very clean. The technician was pleasant and did a great job. The service was completed only one day after I called. Why not a 10? Only because I wasn't sure if the service was going to be performed as scheduled. The window was from 3-5 pm, and the technician didn't arrive until almost 5. A call from the company would have been helpful, but overall, the service was great.

I was skeptical that "water" could clean my carpets but I'd heard an endorsement from Jeremy on Mix 100 radio station. I scheduled an appointment and got one quickly for the following week. James arrived as scheduled and was very polite and helpful. Our family room was particularly dirty because of dog traffic. I took a photo of one part that had been cleaned and the other that was still dirty. Amazing! I couldn't believe how clean the carpet was. What really impressed me was how quickly the carpet dried overnight. It was cold and rainy outside so we didn't open the windows. Usually our carpet is quite wet with other traditional methods we have used. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that Zerorez states that they will move no more than 7 pieces of furniture. The furniture James did move was put on styrofoam blocks which worked out very well. We had a permanent ink stain in my office where I'd dropped an ink cartridge. Since it was permanent ink there was no guarantee the stain would come clean. The carpet cleaning lightened the stain substantially. Overall I was extremely pleased with how well the carpet came clean and I would use Zerorez again.

Our carpets have taken a beating with two adults, two dogs, and now a toddler and they look amazing now! There is still some slight discoloration and wear and tear, which we were warned about, but on the whole, the carpets look so much better! Our technician called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and to see if I'd like to have him come by earlier than planned. He was friendly and professional and explained the whole process thoroughly. Thank you!

Mike did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. I can't believe my carpets stayed white even after it was dry. I had my carpets cleaned professionally once before and I found that while my carpets were wet they were white but once they dried they looked dirty again.
