I was not impressed the last time I used Zerorez but my daughter, Lynne McMahon suggested I try you again. I thought Brandon Ridder did a good job. He informed me what he was doing a
nd made suggestions, such as my stairs, to clean them up due to dust in the air. They are not used very often.

Brandon was an excellent service technician. He is very knowledgable, personable and efficient. The rugs came out beautifully. I had never used Zerorez before but I defiinately will use it again in the future.

I was very happy with the results of this cleaning. This is the first time I have used zerorez. I was surprised, however, at how long the carpet was wet. Also, when I scheduled the service I was not told about the protection that was available to be added at the end. $35 is very expensive for each area and an expensive surprise to be added at the end
