Our scheduled window was between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Our tech, Joey called at 7:45 to advise us he was en-route, and would arrive in approximately 25 minutes. Joey had a great personality, was knowledgeable of the process and products, and following an assessment of our carpets, he provided an accurate estimate prior to getting started. The entire cleaning process took approximately 3 hours, we were able to walk freely through the house within 30 minutes, and they were DRY by sunset!!
My neighbor had her carpets cleaned a month earlier by a competitor. The process took most of the day, the price was ASTRONOMICAL, and not even close to the estimate, and her carpets were soaking wet for 3 days!
Zerorez will have my business from now on!!

Zero Rez cleaned our Travertine floor. They were prompt, had special equipment fit for the job, were friendly & knowledgeable, did a great job. Not cheap.

They were quick, friendly and left no scent behind.

I've been looking for a good carpet cleaning service for years and, finally, I'm very impressed! I decided to take advantage of the December deal to have my carpets in 3 rooms cleaned before our company comes for Christmas. Merrill was prompt and courteous and answered all my questions! He pre-treated the heavy traffic areas and then carefully handled my furniture while systematically cleaning each section. I can honestly say that my 28 year old carpets look amazing! The technicians were wonderful! I had a small hiccup that led to a conflict with their initial start time. After performing a walk through they determined they could do the job much quicker than complete appointment allotment. They came back, walked me through the process and identified some additional services. This was not a typical "upsale" as he actually said I could do without several of them, ultimately only recommending one (protection due to having dogs).
They were efficient and thorough, explaining what to expect as the carpet dries and the protection set in.
My carpets look amazing.
I will absolutely use Zero Res again and will happily recommend them to my friends and family.
