Really pleased with the carpet results from Zerorez. Kenny and Jazz were both very attentive and professional showing quality and pride in their workmanship. You knew it was important to them to have a happy customer and their work reflected high standards. They were very thorough in the explanation of the various options since our carpet had an over abundance of puppy pee stains. My husband and I were ready to get new carpeting (not a new dog!) but since the gentlemen did such a good job it won't be necessary.
