The young man who operate all the machinery and explained everything to me was extremely patient and polite. I like the idea of not using shampoo and not having residue left on my carpet. I was pretty impressed with how many stains came out of the carpet!
Finally decided to book an appointment with Zerorez after hearing good things about them over the past few years. My wife and daughter both have some skin sensitivities so using a company that doesn't spray a bunch of chemicals into the carpet was a must. The two service techs (Jeff and Kenny) couldn't have been nicer or more professional. After we talked, I ended up having them clean the entire house (two levels) and use a protectant on the stairs. Carpet looks like new, smells great with no chemical aromas. I plan on having them come out every year after all the snow and rain is gone.
