The technician was very professional and showed me samples of the cleaned tile
before he went ahead with the work. He worked quickly and efficiently. The products
are safe.
I was unhappy with how long it took for the carpet - especially the stairs to dry.
Still wet the next day - and I mean wet. I could collect water in a papertowel.

I LOVE the pet stain removal process. I belive the technician described it as "flooding." The stains and odor are gone. Well worth the money. It's amazing!!!
