Technicians were fast and professional. The product really works. We're getting ready to have a baby in November and decided to get our carpets cleaned. Wish I would have called 4 years ago when we first moved into our house. When we first moved in, we rented a carpet cleaner from a home improvement store. Not only did it take us several hours to clean the carpets ourselves, the carpets didn't come nearly as clean as when Zerorez came. There was a difference in the look of every single square foot, even when we didn't notice it was dirty in places. Even with no kids and no pets (yet), we noticed a considerable difference. Well worth the money I paid. I feel confident to lay our little girl on the carpet now that they're clean and sanitary.

I like that is a "green" cleaning. As pet lovers we like the fact they they did not use chemicals and that the Tech's spent the time to explain the services completely to me so that we could make an informed decision. As much as I hated to admit to the "pet" stains the Tech's did an incredible job cleaning.

I was impressed, first, with the fact that they showed up when scheduled. The technician (Raymond) did exactly as I asked, didn't try to push further service, and did so effectively. The team of 2 men that worked with us was excellent!! They took the time to answer every question and concern regarding our carpets and were very attentive to every detail as they cleaned our carpets. We liked the fans they used to begin the drying process - That was something we'd never had carpet cleaners provide before and it helped get the carpets dry sooner,as we were preparing for a party on the following night. It was necessary that the carpets be 100% dry and they were. We would like to request this team for our future cleanings with Zerorez, if possible.
