I like the fact that it makes my carpet look like it is new. I moved into my house and there is a light colored carpet in the living room. I was going to replace it, but then got a dog. Zerorez removed all the stains and made the carpet look brand new. I also appreciate the technicians knowledge of all things carpet. I have never met anyone more knowledgeable about carpet.

We had Louis clean our carpets and he did an absolutely incredible job. Our carpets looked new by the time he left, and even after they dried they still looked like new. He was polite, courteous, trustworthy and worked very hard to make sure he did a spotless job. We have 3 dogs who have had a few accidents, and he got those stains up and they no longer show. We love Zeroez and especially loved our Tech and would recommend them to everyone!

Carpets had not been cleaned in a while, now they look great, especially the high traffic stairs. Dry time was minimal. Courteous and professional staff.

Very professional both in the office and in the field

I like the fact that no chemicals are used in doing the shampooing. The techs are very helpful in answering my questions and going over an area that wasn't totally clean after the first pass over of that area. Having used other companies in the past, the moisture in the carpeting is almost minimal compared to other service companies. Keep up the great work.
