The technicians were wonderful! I had a small hiccup that led to a conflict with their initial start time. After performing a walk through they determined they could do the job much quicker than complete appointment allotment. They came back, walked me through the process and identified some additional services. This was not a typical "upsale" as he actually said I could do without several of them, ultimately only recommending one (protection due to having dogs).
They were efficient and thorough, explaining what to expect as the carpet dries and the protection set in.
My carpets look amazing.
I will absolutely use Zero Res again and will happily recommend them to my friends and family.

What I liked first and foremost was Gabriel. He did a GREAT job. The last person from Zerorez who cleaned my carpets said he couldn't get every thing out. Months and months later, Gabriel did just that. He was polite and efficient and thorough. He is a great employee.

No left over residue

No chemical residue. Fast and well focused devotion to getting the job done in a timely fashion. Carpets that were cleans look great. Pet odor seems to have disappeared in the effective carpet.

There are no harsh chemicals used when you clean carpet so it's given a much softer feel compared to other carpet cleaning services
