The whole cleaning experience was A+ from the beginning. The company stayed in touch with me letting me know when the tech left the Denver area and would arrive in my area. The tech explained everything they would do and also the services available. We had a walk through making note of the areas that were in need of more treatment. The tech was friendly and professional and let me know how things were going and asked me to inspect areas a couple of times before he was finished. After completion we did another walk through and the carpet was inspected. The carpet looks great and feels great too. It all was done in a timely professional manner, and I am quite pleased with the results

I like that the technicians are friendly and thorough. They explain what they are doing and why. When offering upgraded services, they explain the need and the cost clearly.

I especially like that they don't "soak" the carpet and it dries very quickly. There is a minimum of odor and the product is safe for pets.
