I am moving into a place where the previous tenants were smoking and the carpet was pretty severe with spilt wax, all the wine spills, paint and stains throughout the house. I was disgusted and knew of Zerorez and wanted to give them the challenge. They did not let me down! I am beyond impressed, Brandon came out with a trainee, inspected and tackled the carpet like a beast! No more wax, paint, wine or stains! Will highly recommend to anyone!

Ken & Brandon were punctual, courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. They completed the job I had scheduled, plus extras (2 area rugs and 1 recliner) in a little over 2 hours start to finish. The rugs were dry before my company arrived at 6 pm. Thank you, I will definitely call on Zerorez again in the future.
The tech named Evan was great! He listed to all my frustrations and was very knowledgeable. I felt safe with him in my home and around my dogs. He treated my carpets better than any other service we have had. The pet urine smells and spots are gone! The carpets were dry within a couple hours. I will use you again for sure!!

FRIENDLY COURTEOUS AND GOOD
We have used Zerorez for years and with good reason they do great work, care and really try each and every time.
The service is very good, reliable and my carpet always looks like new.
The technicians are remarkable. They always explain the process,
are very careful with bringing in their equipment and I especially like that
they were protective shoe coverings to protect my other flooring.
This is the fourth time I have used Zerores services over the period of
six years, and in two different residences. I like that the solutions and process
they use do not leave a residue.

Prompt and efficient. I forgot to ask them if they would move furniture. I was told up to 9 items could be moved wirhout charge. It would be nice if your employee would take the initative to either ask, or do it on their own. I had small furniture that could have been moved with no problem, but they just cleaned in front of the furniture, so there were areas that did not get cleaned. That was the only disappointment.
