I like the professionalism of the cleaning technician, EVAN. I like that he was on time and the hard work he did. The carpets and upholstery look great!

But I didn’t like the over-the-phone, quite inaccurate, bidding process. The phone rep WAY underbid the total “estimated” cost for the job. Nick needs to ask more questions to pinpoint what’s needed so that he can better quote the job. We’ll have to decide if the Zerorez process is worth the astounding costs next time. I don’t know how they stay in business charging what they charge.

I like the way the carpet feels--it's not stiff and crunchy but soft and pliable. The tech was polite and on time. I would have given this review a 10, but a pet stain he tried to remove actually got darker after his treatment. Hopefully it will fade with time.
