Our 13-year old carpet always ooks new after Zerorez cleans it. Their cleaning method also makes our carpet feel soft (instead “crunchy” like other carpet cleaning companies). The technicians are always polite, use bumpers and floor tarps to protect our home, and clean up after themselves. Fantastic company with great service and super technicians. Shout-out to Geoff, who did an uber-amazing job (particularly on our high traffic areas that were very dirty) during our most recent annual cleaning. First name removed.

I was extremely please with my technician was Geoffrey Eberling.
Geoffery is very personable and I admired his energy and enthusiasm. Geoffery explained the process in great detail and recommended I vacuum the carpet once again after it completely dried. The second vacuuming was never recommended by previous technicians.
One room cleaned was my office/studio. I'm a photographer/artist and have dozens of mounted and matted prints on my work table and my drafting table. Geoffery had noticed this and immediately placed a fan in that room after cleaning it out of concern the higher humidity and it's potential impacts on my prints.
Geoffery was certainly looking out for my best interest and will request him again.

The technicians were prompt, courteous and did a very good job on our carpets. They recommended additional services that we might like, but were not pushy and just went ahead with what we had scheduled.
By the way, I don't just give recommendations. If someone asks me about who I have used, I will tell them honestly, but I don't go out of my way to tell people that I just had my carpets cleaned and they should use you guys. Maybe you could re-phrase your question, since I apparently answered it incorrectly the last time. If you were bad, I wouldn't have used you again.
