THE TECNICIAN RECOMMENDED TO US, DID EXACTLY AS WE HAD ANTICIPATED.
HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, GOT RIGHT TO WORK, SPENT EXTRA TIME ON STAINED SPOTS, REMOVED ALL THE STAINS, AND THE CARPET LOOKED AS CLOSE TO NEW, AS A 10 YEAR OLD CARPET CAN, THROUGH OUT, WHEN HE WAS FINISHED.

The techs that came to our home quickly and efficiently cleaned our carpets. Even though our carpet had lots of problems and really needs to be replaced they made it liveable and clean and safe for us until we can get brand new carpet. They gave advice on how to clean up pet messes and advice on how to better care for our new carpet when we get it. I would highly recommend Zerorez to all of my friends and family. I felt from the first phone call tone schedule, to the techs cleaning the carpets, they all listened to my concerns and were extremely professional and friendly.
