Zerorez always does a great job and our couch looks so clean! This is our second time using y’all. Having small kids and a light colored couch, it just gets dirty. But zerorez made it look so much better, fresher, and cleaner! The employees are always so nice & friendly too. Highly recommend.

Before sending an invoice make sure to discuss it with the customers and explain the numbers. When I scheduled an appointment it was showing $300 in the invoice and then when the technician arrived I received text with $700 invoice. And the technician was working on the cleaning already.
My experience with Zerorez has always been positive. We have used them for the cleaning of our carpets for the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. As usual, Julian was detailed in his explanation, thorough in his performance and careful in his post-cleaning walk through. We were completely satisfied in all aspects of the job performance. Will we use them again? Most definitely! Thank you.
The technician hardly spent any time at my house for 2 rooms of carpet and a sofa. He did a real shabby job on my sofa, leaving water spots. The carpet doesn't look any better than it did. He barely spoke to me, and did not tell me any instructions for how to let it dry or when to put furniture back. He also left footprints all over my house.On my wood floor from the wet carpet, he was on. He had body odor as well which was offensive. I am not happy at all with the service.

Javier was great. He respected our home, was super polite, and made sure we understood the process before he started. Our carpets look great. 100 % satisfied.
The carpet stinks worse now. The guy who cleaned the carpet was nice and did a good job. I had a pet urine spot in my closet that needed to be cleaned. The carpet was cleaned and the deodorizer covered the smell until it dried. Now it just stinks like urine. The extra money I spent for the pet treatment was a total waste.
Our technician took great care and a super high level of attention to detail to get all of our AC units cleaned up.
After cleaning our rugs it looks good, but it left with a very unpleasant odor. We don’t have pets.

I’ve been using you all for at least 2 years and I was very satisfied with the results at another home that I was living at but now at our new location the job performed wasn’t good at all and I think for $180 it should’ve been way better than this. Also, the job wasn’t worth the amount that I paid and truly I really just need a refund because now I’m truly not satisfied with the overall job that was done. Now, I’m very skeptical about even having you all come back out again to redo it ever again which has to be free and not sending the same guy back out because I can tell he’s new.
Removed stains and cleaned without chemicals. Always knowledgeable and friendly folks.
