You charged me $350 for deep clean something can’t remember the name and it still smells
Its always such a relief to have the carpets cleaned.
One of the panels on my floor was chipped by the machine that was used during the cleaning process. It’s unfortunately very noticeable. He also forgot to turn the breaker back on, so my thermostat was not running for hours. He walked me through turning it back on over the phone, which was helpful. But now there’s a constant tapping sound coming from the air ducts because I assume things weren’t reinstalled correctly. I also am annoyed that my house still smells of dust. For $500, I would never recommend that someone have this service done.
We have always used ZeroRez because they do such a good job cleaning our carpets. Our technician was Bobby. He arrived at the time he said he would be here. He explained what he was going to do. He got right to work and spent time to really clean the carpets. When he finished he gave us instructions as to when we could walk on the carpet, etc. He was very polite and did a great job. I highly recommend Bobby and the ZeroRez crew.
tech had arrived and kept getting calls from your company while i was trying to talk to him. very unprofessional and very unorganized. Had to ask tech his name. He did not introduce himself and no name tag or ID.
When I was online to pay I was prompted if I wanted to tip. I paid $185 to have 3 carpets cleaned and it only took about 30 minutes and when I go to pay I'm asked if I want to also leave a tip. Tipping had gone way too far.
I wasn’t here this time I had to substitute at my church for someone that was ill and they’re just several stains I’m surprised wouldn’t come out but next time I will be present when he’s here. My husband just didn’t even check let a man and ignored him.

The carpet is nice and clean. I also like the technician who did the work, he was courteous and kind to my mom who was watching in her wheelchair. He came in and did a professional job.
