Technician was timely and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. We had some really large stains and he successfully got them out. We were very pleased with the results. Plan on having them clean our air ducts next time.
I can’t remember his name but he was so nice and friendly. The floors look great and he did not take that long to do it. I work from home and I only had to step away from my desk for about 5-7 mins. Would definitely use your services again and would like him again as well if possible.

There hasnt been any follow up from management which was requested. Messed up one of our rugs and zero responsibility taken. Sent someone over with no plan and he said there is nothing they can do but manager will call me. No calls or follow up

There was a large spot on my area rug. The spot is not a circle, so it was soluble. It was only really visible again after the carpet dried. Not really acceptable for a $420 cleaning. You can come back and do a better job?

Carpet looks worse than it did before it was "cleaned" looks like all that was done was brought all the dirt to the surface. The area that was cleaned was much more humid than before the cleaning was done which leads us to believe that because the floor looks dirtier and the area humid, the cleaning solution / liquid was never sucked up and removed. We were left with a dirty wet carpet.
