I loved having your technician in my home to service my carpets. He was courteous, informative and gentle with my corners of furniture and walls. I love how it all turned out. I also appreciate that when I sent him a photo of a spot on my carpet (after the service) he responded with an answer.
I love that y'all are all natural and that you use your own water.

Julian was amazing, efficient and kind. He explained the entire process thoroughly and left everything nice and clean.

You need a brush to brush the traffic areas after they are persprayed. As you know this would help tremendously in getting the traffic areas clean. Also the tech needs to slow down and spend more time on the traffic areas since you don't use a brush. He's in too much of a hurry to finish and get to the next job.

I also give the job performance of the tech and how clean he got our carpets a 7.5. He can do better.

I have used Zerorez for years and continue to see the customer service decline and the prices increase. I also see prices go up and every single service has a charge to have it done. Now they don't even want to clean under a living room chair. This was never a problem in the past. The only furniture I had in my living room was a couch and two chairs. I had removed everything else. When I asked to tech if he could clean under the two chairs he exclaimed "you want me to move all the furniture?" I replied just let me know and I will move it myself. I am 83 years old. I told him I wouldn't want you to injure yourself. He did move the chairs, but I was prepared to move them myself. He expressly stated that he did not move anything over fifty pounds so I didn't even ask him to move the couch. I realize that there are Company policies that must be adhered to but there has always been a little wiggle room like moving a chair. When you have been a customer for years you feel like you should get great customer service to retain your business. Not so anymore. I have referred several friends and relatives to Zerorez but will think twice before doing so again.

We have used Zerorez several times for our carpets, but this is the first time for our AC ducts. The young man was outstanding ! He was very polite and explained everything he was going to do, did the job, and again explained everything he did. He showed us pictures of before and after.

I have used zerorez to clean my carpets for years but this was the first time I have use them in ft worth. The job seemed rushed and not very clean. The smell coming from the machine was not pleasant. The agent told me he could not wear booties and his shoes were dirty and he left Nike marks on my hard wood floors from the wetness of the carpets. He was very nice and went over some areas again when I asked him to. I noticed that once the carpets dried they still had some dirt marks that I was able to remove with some vinegar.

The scheduling was easy and accomodating. The 1st technician seemed to be in a hurry to get things done. The area carpet did not get the detailed cleaning the first time and we scheduled another time for a redue. Since we paid extra for the area carpet, I would expect more attention to detail. The 2nd technician provided a more detailed cleaning.
