Antonio was a good technician. The equipment ran out tho. More limestone to clean than he thought. Also needs to clean with a brush around doorways etc. It was just a longer day than we anticipated.
I have always had a great experience with zerorez over the past several years. Today was a real struggle for me.
The young guy that showed today was soooo different from the previous gentlemen. This guy called before he came and was quick to want to reschedule me when I didn’t pick up the phone right away even though I confirmed my spot an hour prior.
I called him back, and confirmed we expected him. However, once he arrived, he was not able to look me in the eye and have an expected discussion. When I ask a question, I expect an answer, not turning your back on me and walking away.
Once he started, and it was raining outside, he didn’t wear foot covers on his shoes at any point, and brought water onto my hard wood floors, and wet shoes onto my carpet. He also dragged the hose along my walls and stair case, which seemed disrespectful for the care of the details my home, and he seemed to be in a hurry as he kept banging furniture and walls with his equipment while cleaning.
I had to ask him to slow down and be careful of furniture. He had me walk upstairs and check his work, while still wearing his dirty shoes on my newly cleaned carpet.
We don’t wear shoes on our carpet, so he is the only one to ever walk on our carpet with shoes! He is now dirtying my carpets again.
Then, He put everything back in the van and wanted me to pay, but my master bedroom was still not done. So, he had to get everything out of the truck for the room he forgot.
Again, seems like he was in a hurry and not what we are accustomed to. Having to rethink if we use zerorez again next year. 🤔
My neighbor asked about zerorez and I highly recommended you to her, but that was before this aweful experience. I’m kind of regretting it now. If she were to get this same guy, I would feel bad.

We have used Zero Rez to clean our carpets for many years. They have always done a fabulous job and my old carpet looks brand new when they are finished. The techs are always such hard workers and my carpets smell so fresh without any chemical smell at all.
Joe arrived when stated. He was kind and very professional but friendly. We have an older carpet in a rent house and the results were more than I expected.

We were able to get a quick appointment for a move in carpet cleaning. 3 rooms and a hallway and Zerorez was there on time (early even) and did a quick, professional job. We would definitely use them again.
Misled when quoted price. Wanted pet odors removed and quoted $136 to clean carpet. When employee came quoted $600 for cleaning one room and pet odor extraction. Shocked at increase in price. Will use another company next time.
