I had ick for my technician. He was great! Very conscious. He was polite and good at what he did.
Didn’t take to long to dry .
I went out of town few days after carpet was cleaned one room still looks blotchy that was the only thing
I vacuumed but don’t know if it needs another cleaning .
It is very reasonable to get 3 rooms done for $99; however the cost to clean upholstery is way too high!

Excellent customer service, from the call center to make the appointment to the technician.
I was overcharged for carpet cleaning, and carpet wasn't cleaned. Look at what I was charged in the past to see the difference. Pet hair was left along the baseboard. The hallway still needs to be cleaned. The techs you have sent in the past did a good job, but Jay was in a hurry and did not do a good job.
Chris did and outstanding and professional cleaning job on our carpet. My wife and I were very impressed.

At first I thought three service helped the smell, but as the carpet dried, the smell came back with a vengeance. The tech only worked on the rug for a few minutes but assured me he went over it several times. I disagree but wasn't prepared to argue.

The carpet was left soaking wet. It was wet for almost 36 hours and that was with the AC running and fans running in each room.
The service was easy to schedule and the technician was on time, professional and friendly.
Hard to pay 400. On an offer of 130. Synthetic rugs should be less $. My Technician was great!
