My couch looks that same, it does not seem like it was cleaned at all
I wanted the 3 room $99 special with a 4’X5’ area special treated for dog pee. Guy quoted me almost $600! I then said I would like whatever the guy months prior did cause it was only a little over $300 and there was no way I would pay $600. He then said well the guy took off the $99 special price and so he would as well and then he would take this off, move this around, yada yada and got it down to $388. Didn’t end up taking off the $99 and $400 was still crazy to clean such a small area. I will NEVER use this company again. I’ll stick with small locally owned, reasonably priced companies.

My name is Ashley and I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Julian Avila. He was a blessing! He was so knowledgeable and explained in detail to my husband and I what was going on with our sectional. Mr. Avila was able to give us a resolution for our pet stains and now our couch looks like brand new!!. Definitely appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. Your technician was very professional
The carpet was no cleaned well. I don't think they spotted it. I do not think they were there even an hour. I will not be using you again.
The carpet upstairs including the staircase smell musty. I thought it would settle after a few days but unfortunately it has not.

Our tech, William, was super nice, friendly, thorough, dedicated to doing an awesome job and he did. He called before he came, the showed up promptly, and ready to work. He explained how the process worked and even information about the company. He covered all spots with spot remover and then proceeding to clean the carpet. It smelled so nice and clean and you could watch the difference in the carpet as he cleaned it. They had a great special on the price and we are completed happy with the outcome. When I was looking for a carpet cleaning company both my husband and my brother told me to call Zerorez after they heard of them on the radio, and I am so glad I did. I have already recommended them to my brother and will to others. Thank you William and Zerorez for a great technician that enjoys his job and excels at it and the company for a great product and service.
