The young man that came out and did our carpets. This last time was fabulous. He went over the dark paths and made those old carpets look beautiful. Keep him hired. We want him next time.

The tech was very nice and because of that I tipped him. I knew when he was still here and “finished” that I was not happy with the results, like I usually am. He was faster than anyone I’ve ever had out. He was finished with 3rooms and a walk in closet in 35 min. Very fast! And it showed. The carpet in my closet looked and felt almost untouched. I knew it had been touched because it was wet but it was still smashed down , not fluffy like a freshly steamed carpet. The theater room had multiple stains that were still visible. I didn’t expect them to be 100%gone since I didn’t pay for the extra stain removal chemicals but I did expect them to look better. I know what to expect because I’ve used zero Rez many times in the last and I’m always pleased. But not this time. I called customer service to see if I could use the 100%satisfaction guarantee that you have, and they denied me that! Apparently my signature on his phone was voiding your gaurantee! I did not know that! He didn’t explain that at all. I thought I was signing that he had completed the job. I won’t be using zerorez any longer.

Unit usually takes a 2-3 months for stains to reappear. This time, they reappeared as soon as the carpet dried. Wasted time and money.

Be more consistent. I scheduled with you because my neighbor was happy with your service. His technician told him that he needed his outside air conditioning coils cleaned or his system would get dirty when the heat came on. I wanted my outside unit cleaned but the technician said that wasn’t a service you do????
I asked him to double check with the office and he said that it’s a new service that he has not been trained on yet. He said that someone would call me to schedule that service. I’m still waiting for the call. Also a lot of paint chips came out of my cold air returns. It would be nice if you put some plastic down or recommend that the customer prepare for it.
