Great Job cleaning my sofá and loveset, rug, and carpet.

Bobby called 30 minutes ahead of arrival time. He was very nice and did a great job.

I was a little upset to find out that i was told on the phone that with my pets stains and the room it was gonna cost $150-160. Then if i wanted to treat the spots it was gonna cost me $200 when they got there.

I like that you don’t use soap so no residue. I don’t remember the tech’s name but he was very professional and helpful. He worked very hard on a couple of spots. Arrival time was 10-1 and he arrived at 10 which I really appreciated. I will always use Zerorez.

There were areas that were not cleaned in the living room. A love seat was pulled out so he could clean behind it and I assumed he would pull it back to clean under it. We would have helped him move it if he had asked. There are still spots in some places that he didn't get out. Very nice fellow, just not efficient. We have used you twice before and were very satisfied but not this time.

No residue on carpets after cleaning. Antonio was prompt, courteous, explained what he recommended & did a great job.

Bobby did a very good job cleaning heavy traffic areas got them really clean along with the rest of the house...

Service was good and the representatives did a great job. The only thing is the hose rubbed on some corners which needed re-painted.

I was glad Zero Rez chose to return to our house to redo the carpet which showed a lot of dirt. They cleaned the carpet again and it seems to look better. The technician thought the dirt was due to our labrador retriever's coat shedding - dog hair sunk deep into carpet....... This is confusing because we have had the dog on this carpet (time to time) for 8 years, and never before were we told the dog hair is a problem in keeping carpet clean.

They made it right, much respect for their technicians. Job well done

The minimum charges are too high. I only have 2 rooms of carpet in my home, but due to the "minimum" charge, the least I can get them cleaned for is $135, out the door.

Previously, my carpets were dry within approximately 4-6 hours. The last cleaning, it took 12+ hours for them to dry completely. Don't know if this is due to a new process, or variations in the technician's skill level.

Been using for almost 20 years. You have saved my 1995 Sears carpet when I moved to Texas and bought a 1984 Mobilehome that still had Gold Shag rug!
