Got tough stains out without charging extra. Professional manner and timely service.
Once the service was complete, there were many spots that were determined to be "permanent stains" with nothing more that could be done about them. This is a newly purchased 1983 townhome, so we have no knowledge of what may have caused these stains or how long they may have existed. The day following our cleaning service, I spent a few hours and treated each one with Folex Instant Carpet Spot Remover and was able to either fully remove the stains or lighten them considerably. The service providers worked hard and showed me their efforts at removing the stains, so it wasn't for lack of effort on their part. I was disappointed that my simple spot remover did a better job than Zerorez process was able to accomplish.
As for making things right, a reimbursement for half of the service cost seems fair.
$99 special did not include $35 in fees, these where not disclosed at the time we scheduled the appointment. The technician was professional and the service was performed with good quality.

I use zero Rez a lot. First of all when I booked, I thought it was 3 rooms for 99$. It ended up being 149. The vacuum attachment on carpet cleaner was not working and we had to wait 1.5 hours for person to come to get part/fix it. So they were here for 3 hours. I understand things happen, but next time I hope it goes more smoothly and the price is better communicated.

Paid over $1200 for cleaning. Some stains I didn’t even see before the cleaning but do now. A number of stains I felt like should have come out but didn’t. These previous time you cleaned our carpets water was sprayed everywhere on my furniture which created extra work for me to clean the water spots off. The guy did a miracle getting all the stains out though. This time the guys were careful and didn’t spray water everywhere so I was grateful for that. They were very courteous. They got done awfully fast though.
Because of 18 mos of Covid and 2 1/2 years of my husband being critically ill, I had not had my carpet cleaned in 5 years. Joe did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and making it look almost new again. I would definitely recommend this Company to others.

After the carpet dried we could really see there was a minimal difference between the before and after of a lot of the carpet. Seeing how this was a paid professional service, we really expected more. The tech was excellent and took their time. But, in regard to the actual results despite his honest efforts, we were not fully satisfied. These results could have been achieved with a at-home machine and stain treatment.
This was a reservice for us due to the awful first experience. Our tech that came to clean up the job of the first tech was exceptional. His work and quality of work was outstanding. Was able to remove almost all stains that previous tech told me I could “boil hot water and vinger or you tube it.” He explained to me the whole process and what he was going to do. I will likely schedule again only if I have the same tech! I was very worried about giving another chance but I was very pleased with re service. I can actually tell my carpets were cleaned!
