Very efficient. Their team of 3 techs cleaned the carpet in our house in a little over an hour and a half. We'll definitely be having them come out again in the future.
What I was most impressed with was the Technician, Jay. He really tried hard to make the carpet look as good as possible. He was professional & friendly. Super nice & focused on making the best appearance for the end result as he could. I was very pleased.

I have been cleaning my carpet with zero rez for a years now. This last time the carpet was very wet and it took a long time to dry. Also, the young man wet a hall way while spraying water on a section of the starts if I did not act fast to move it, it would have wet my son's saxophone in the hallway. When he left lots of water was left in my drive way. it looked like he disposed of the water in my drive way after cleaning.
